What is the availability of the products sold on

Orders for standard products placed during normal business hours will usually ship within 24 hours of order confirmation. Graphics usually ship within 5 business days after proof approval. What is the standard graphics production turnaround time?

The standard production time is five business days from final approval of proofs. Your final approval is required before production begins.

Can I request expedited graphics production service?

Yes. When your final approval requires less than five days turnaround we offer an expedited service at the following additional rates:

  • 3 business days: +10%
  • 2 business days: +20%
  • 24 hours: +25%

Expedited services are only available on business days.

What is the standard shipping time?

Orders are sent by Ground shipping, unless otherwise requested. The carrier and shipping time is dependent on the customer’s location. In most cases, FedEx Ground will be used, but sometimes UPS and other carriers are used. Typically, shipping time is between 3 to 5 days depending on your location. What warranty is offered for the products sold on

For the ExpoStar freestanding and tabletop panel systems, the manufacturer offers a lifetime warranty against defective materials and workmanship. They guarantee the quality and function of these products when used as designed and will repair or replace as per EXPOGO’s discretion any defective product to the original purchaser. This includes return service back to the customer’s specified address via ground shipping.

For all other products, the manufacturer offers a one year warranty. In the unlikely event of a defect or default, contact us at, and we’ll help you generate a warranty claim form to send to the manufacturer.

What is the return policy for the products sold on

Products must be returned to the manufacturing facility new, in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. A 10% restocking fee will apply. Please call (734) 330-2511 or email, and we’ll help you process the return authorization form.
